The bathroom was big, and there was bath salt and other amenities you'd want to use after a long day of walking. Breakfast at the MUJI restaurant was awesome! From Western to Asian food and fruits... many choices available!

Staff very really helpful and accomdating, one lady in particular was super friendly, making me feel more comfortable about my stay, she even showed interest in my nezuko/demon slayer and one piece stickers on my luggage. Room was super comfy and a lot of room, had all the facilities and amenities I required. Would stay again if I'm ever in Yokohama again

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful with a beautiful Onsen bath. The bunk bed room was so well thought through and cosy. The food was amazing, even though they were not prepared for vegetarians, they made it possible. That being said, the staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10!! A very peaceful place.

The hot springs and yukatas add Japanese traditional feel. 5mins on foot there is ropeway which you can take and enjoy the view of forests and mountains. Great location! We were provided excellent, Japanese style room for party of 4. We used on-site Onsen as well as nearby facilities. They were reasonably priced and well-manged. The spa at hotel is outstanding which we used for Toji massages during our stay. Hotel has a shuttle stop for going to town or you can walk for 20 min on beautiful road. Hotel breakfast is amazing and well worth the price. There are also many good restaurants within walking distance. For those with mobily challenges, taxi are reasonable priced to go to town and back. Overall, our hotel stay was a memorable experience.

As soon as I came in, I felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly and offered help at any time. The room was huge (considering the average size of rooms in Japan) and clean. A special thanks to the cleaning staff for always keeping the rooms nice and clean. The hotel is not too far away from Yokohama Station, though it might be a bit exausting to get there, especially after a long flight. Overall a great experience. Definitely worth booking another time.

I believe the hotel's service attitude is excellent. They kindly upgraded me to a room with a private hot spring, which greatly exceeded the value for money. The room, named "金時," was incredibly satisfying, from the scenic views to the meticulous details in its decor. The complimentary breakfast provided was both plentiful and delicious. It was truly an impressive journey:)

We were only here for one night so not sure if there’s a guest lounge, coin laundry, or gym available. The bay view room was amazing. The lights at night were beautiful! If this hotel provided amenities in the rooms and had a guest lounge/gym then I might consider this a 4-star hotel. Google currently says this is a 3-star.

Amazing place to stay! Great location, right beside Gora station. The building and facilities were beautiful and we loved the little tea/coffee room. The staff were so pleasant and tried their best to accommodate and help us. The private onsen were excellent but the rooms with the balcony bath / indoor-outdoor shower were divine. We embraced the samui and yukata wearing as much as possible and loved every second of our stay there. Definitely check out the spa facilities as well! This hotel was the highlight of our trip!
